The Price REIT, Inc. is a self-administered, self-managed, fully integrated real estate investment trust. The Company’s strategy is to own, manage and develop power centers anchored by national warehouse and retail tenants. The Company’s business objective is to continue to increase its funds from operations and the value of its properties through the acquisition and management of additional properties, maximizing revenues from existing properties, expansion or remodeling of existing properties, and selective development for its own portfolio. The Company has total invested assets of approximately $618 million. The Company current owns or has interests in 36 properties consisting of 32 power and community centers, one stand-alone retail center, one project under development and two undeveloped land parcels located in ten states, containing approximately 7.1 million square feet of gross leasable area, and an overall occupancy rate of approximately 98%. |
